Frank has professional expertise in strategic planning, marketing, product management and business development with over 30 years of maritime industry experience. He has a proven track record in global high-tech products, systems and services. Frank has in-depth knowledge and experience in strategic/business planning, market research, gap analysis, product management, blue ocean strategy and business development in both global commercial and defense markets. He is experienced in developing and excuting strategic, business and marketing plans that make an impact and exceed goals. Frank is known as a recognized leader and creative thinker with ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional teams. 

Frank holds an MBA from New York University Stern Business School, an MS in Transportation Planning/Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a BS in Civil Engineering from New York University. He founded Soccoli Associates after working as Director of Strategic Planning and Marketing for Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine. He has held numerous management positions in product management, engineering, business development, marketing and strategic planning.
